Dolcetto

The food was delicious and the service was great! My boyfriend and I did not have to wait for a table, and the food was ready within minutes of our order. We had the gnocchi with gorgonzola and breaded chicken, and the mushroom and asparagus risotto with grilled fish, both dishes were perfectly balanced and very flavourful, we were very pleased with our dinner! Even though our final bill was very expensive, similar to other fine dining restaurants, we would definitely come back whenever we want to have a great fine dining experience!

If you love Italian food then there is no better place in London to visit than Dolcetto. We have come to have dinner here several times over the years and if one thing can be said it is, despite the time of year and how busy they are, the quality of food and experience has not once changed; the food has consistently been of top quality and flavour. We started with the complimentary bread service. It’s simple, but hits the right spot as a warm up to your meal. This time out we also order the burratta appetizer. If anything, out of the whole meal, we weren’t too fussy for this app. Although everything was fresh we felt like something was missing. It wasn’t a bad dish, but overall we found it to be lacking. I enjoyed their seafood pasta which has the right balance of zest and spice. My son went for the Marguerite pizza. Although a safe choice, it was also perfect. The sauce had a richness to it and the crust was light, airy, and had the right touch of charring. (Another go to pizza is the Maria Blanc. This is perhaps the best dish here!). My wife enjoyed their salmon salad. The fish was tender and the flavours incredibly well balanced. As we were there for a celebration we given a complimentary gelato and brownie dessert with sparkler. The brownie was thick and fu of deep, rich flavour and the gelato was a perfect creamy companion. In the summer the colonel Talbot facing wall opens up to expose a large opening that leads to a seamless transition to the patio. This place gets busy, but that business adds a certain type of kinecticism to the experience. The staff is well trained and they never miss a beat despite how busy they may or may not be. There is a reason Dolcetto has been named one of the Top 100 Italian Restaurants in Canada. The food is astounding. The service exemplary. And, in full honesty, it has ruined dining at other Italian eateries for us because no where else we have been has come close to being able to replicate the experience found at Dolcetto from service to quality of food. This is a must eat at restaurant in London.

We went to celebrate my husband’s birthday and everything was absolutely amazing! The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. They even made our visit extra special by surprising my husband with a festive dessert topped with a sparkling candle, such a sweet and thoughtful touch! A beautiful spot with amazing flavors and even better service!

Great experience! Staff was super friendly and engaging. The server provided her input on the top dishes. Food came in good timing. I provided pictures of the food we ordered. The portions size were decent. Can’t go wrong with the food here. It will not disappoint!

Amazed by the beautiful interior. The server was really nice and friendly. We had the lunch pizza and seafood pasta. Very delicious. We really enjoyed our time there. Strongly recommend the restaurant for couple dates.

They have the best patio! Came here three times and I always have a great time. They have plenty of parking available and space for both inside and patio seating. Staff are welcoming and friendly. My favourite is the burrata.

We went to Dolcetto, an Italian restaurant, to celebrate my son’s birthday today. The food we ordered was absolutely amazing, and the desserts were incredibly delicious. I also really enjoyed the drink I had. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere with polite and friendly staff. They even surprised my son for his birthday by bringing out a special dessert with a pretty sparkler on top – such a thoughtful gesture! I highly recommend this lovely and tasty restaurant.

Enjoyed my first time here and the whole experience was wonderful. The wait staff are attentive but not pushy. The food was incredible. Had the lunch special of pizza and salad. So delicious! The white sangria was cold and crisp, full of flavour. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Plan to relax and take your time. So worth it.
